White for Summer

White, and preferably all-white, is a major trend for the S/S 2011 season. Editorials with this theme has been seen in many fashion magazines lately, and one of the latest editorials is shot by Camilla Akrans (my favourite fashion photographer!) for the April issue of Harper's Bazaar US. Model Toni Garrn wears white, dreamy summer pieces by Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel and Rick Owens. All these pieces would be perfectly welcome in my summer 2011 wardrobe, merci.

Toni Garn for Vogue Spain April 2011

Whenever spring and summer approaches, I always feel a strong urge to dress more like a hippie or an indian. It has to do with the long, flowing maxi dresses, feathers, lots and lots and lots of accessories and, of course, the long, wavy beach hair. Therefore, I feel so inspired by the editorial, Reserva India, shot by Alexi Lubomirski and featuring Toni Garn for the April issue of Vogue Spain. Toni Garn also features the cover of the same issue. I just love it!

I'm With the Band

In another of my recent posts, I talked about the November issue of Vouge Espana. I mentioned an editorial called "Estoy con la banda", and since I really like some of the photos from this ed, I thought I'd post them here on Style Spot. I think I like photos like these as much because have a huge thing for blazers, leather and sequins, and I also have this secret dream of running away with band.
