Stylish Celebrities at Guys Choice Awards 2011

Last night, it was time for the Spike TV's 5th Annual 2011 Guys Choice Awards was held in Culver City. Three lovely ladies caught my eye when it came to gorgeous outfits; Mila Kunis, Eva Mendes and Rosie huntington-Whitely. Mila Kunis wore a dress by Givenchy together with Louboutin heels and a clutch by Bottega Veneta. Mixing different patterns is something that I never grow tired of. It is beautiful how well the outfit works with these two different prints together, and also how the orange clutch brings a pop of colour and excitement to the outfit as a whole.

Eva Mendes had chosen a lavender gown by Roland Mouret. Her accessories for the evening were heels by Tabitha Simmons, a vintage, gold statement necklace by YSL and a black Chanel clutch. Eva Mendes always looks great both on and off the red carpet, and this is no exception. The colour of the dress is perfect for Eva, and the cut is so elegant and sophisticated.

Rosie Huntington-Whitely wore a white dream of a dress by The Row. In addition, she had chosen heels from Brian Atwood and a clutch by Salvatore Ferragamo. Rosie has proved before that she can wear very sexy dresses without looking vulgar (think of her Burberry look at the MET Gala last month). This look is such a show-stopper. And while talking about The Row, I really do hope that Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen win the Swarovski Award for Womenswear at the CFDA Awards tomorrow night.

Okay, can I just say: Hello, beautiful cover! The subscribers copy of the July issue of UK Elle, featuring Rosie Huntington-Whitely and photographed by Terry Tsiolis, is absolutely stunning. I am a huge fan of Rosie's personal style - she has that perfect, laidback and boho-chic look nailed down. She also seems to make any kind of piece look ten times better when she wears it. However, it is not too difficult to make this silk jacket from The Row look good - it is an absolute dream in itself! Rosie + UK Elle + The Row + Tsiolis = a match made in heaven.

Rosie Huntington-Whitely Does Simplicity

After wearing a glamorous and sexy pink silk Burberry Prorsum dress at the 2011 MET Gala on Monday, Rosie Huntington-Whitely toned it down a few notches when walking around New York a couple of days later. The white, slightly transparent shirt, and the black, relaxed trousers, together with her Alexander Wang bag, nude, patent heels and simple jewelry, shows simplicity at its very best. It doesn't have to be more complicated than this.

A little birdie (Ryan Seacrest to be exact) tweeted that Christopher Bailey and Rosie are working together on something big, as he was also a guest of Burberry at the MET Gala. It will definitely be interesting to hear more about this budding collaboration.
