Just a little blog post before the craziness of Christmas begins. It has been quite a week! I am sorry for my lack of posting, things are crazy when you have a day job. I am not really blue, it is just that the color of my dress is baby blue today. Yesterday Rebecca of the Clothes Horse did a pretty cute interview with me on her blog.
Yesterday I wore my new Ascot from the lovely Tara-Lynn from Yarnovermovement, so warm and cozy and stylish, look at how it jazzed up this plain black knit dress. She also blogs here.
I made over a hundred of these sweet Québécois treats called "Pets de Soeurs" over last weekend and during the week, to share and to eat. The dough is made from a pie crust recipe and then add brown sugar and cinnamon and butter! My recipe is pretty simple, by a package of Lard and follow the pie crust recipe, make into 3 medium size balls, flatten and smear butter all over it, add as much sugar and cinnamon as you like, roll it, cut it into slices, place on a cookie pan, place in the oven that is set at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and voila!
I was wearing on Christmas Eve:
-Vintage 60s dress from Pineapplemintvintage
-Tights from Forever 21
-Vintage 60s Silver shoes
Merry Christmas everyone! Joyeux Noël à tous!
